The following positions are available:
1. Project Managers
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of professionals, consultants and work men to deliver projects.
Perform Earned Value analysis and recommend proactive measures for efficient time and cost management.
Ensure that required safety, health and environmental standards are kept at all times.
Provide regular and timely reporting of project progress
Manage project risks, mitigating as necessary.
Manage project deliverables in line with project plan.

Qualification:
Minimum of 10 years post NYSC working experience.
Engineering and/or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry


2. Engineers (Civil and Building Tech.)
HND (or its equivalent)
Minimum of 7 years’ experience
Willingness to relocate within Nigeria and any other part of Africa
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
Resolving design and development problems
Managing budgets and project resources
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
Making sure the project complies with legal requirements
Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time

3. Quantity Surveyor
HND minimum
5 years’ experience (in various fields of engineering e.g. building, road, telecoms etc.)
Prepare Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Works, Specifications and all contract documentation, ensuring that these comply with the project brief and timescale, budget estimates, all relevant legislation, regulations and policies.
Assessing and settling contractor's claims throughout the contracts.
Inspect site for collation of information for monthly statement, assessing cost of works and expected final costs
Providing professional feedback to the Head of Department.
Carry out cost and other relevant feasibility studies on construction project.
Perform cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to works and contactor's claims
Candidate Requirements
· HND/B.Sc in Quantity Survey.
· A minimum of 5 years working experience in quantity surveying.
· Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
5 Accountant
HND/B. Sc. in Accounting
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Knowledge of computer and familiarity with accounting software is a must.
Maintaining a filing system for account receivable records
Responsibilities:
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6 Administrative Secretary
5 years’ experience
HND minimum
Proficient in the use of Ms Packages
Excellent verbal and written skills
Must be able to multi-task, establish priorities and organize efficiently
Administrative experience in Construction Company
Skills/Requirements:
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in relevant discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent verbal and written English.
Able to work in a challenging environment with little or no supervision.
Must be computer literate with a broad knowledge of basic computer applications and internet surfing.
Must be smart and good-looking.


7 Drivers
Minimum of O’ Level
6 years’ experience
Maintaining vehicle hygiene
Checking all relevant equipment
Adhering to road signals
Respecting other drivers
Keeping logs and collecting daily schedules
Must be conversant with roads and traffic regulation
Should be able to drive all kinds of vehicle
Must have a valid drivers’ license
