Was talking to a friend earlier today and he's of the mind frame of getting a degree in estate management preferably from Mapoly which is cool cause he's got a plot and thinking of doing something rental on it.

Now the catch is he works on a morning & night schedule and his attendance will be when he's on his night schedule and whenever he must be in attendance during his day shift he'd use a casual/sick/annual leave. Funny enough he's aware of the stress level.

It got me thinking, is this really possible?
