Pls any one here with expertise on deploying liferay portlets with eclipse.... I don't really know what the problem is:

What i've tried:
1. The server starts up very well but does not deploy the portlet while starting up, so I tried to use direct-deploy from the project-Liferay options, but still does not work..

2. I've worked with google but still haven't got any answers yet.

I don't know what to check... The DB is well configured and tomcat is pointing to the correct DB... please where do I check because I'm lost. Thanks.
