A. General Purpose Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization, clients and customers. B. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities - Answer telephone, screen and direct calls - Take and relay messages - Provide information to callers - Deal with queries from the public and customers C. Education and Experience - Ssce or ND required - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures - Knowledge of computer, Internet Ms-word, excel, powerpoint, Social Media Age: not more than 23, Must reside around Aguda, Surulere or Ojuelegba axis.
