Ok. Thanks for the permission. I think you might have answered similar questions before, I will try to glean through the 63 page long thread and ask for further explanation where necessary.

Now... there are certain truths I have accepted on my own without any influence. Truths, I got through introspection and deep thought about life and everything that comes with it. One of these truths is about freedom.

The tagline for ECKANKAR is "the path to spiritual freedom". Is there any path truly leads to freedom? Man, essentially cannot not be free; he is meant to serve (either knowingly or unknowingly) to fulfill a purpose.

I believe being of service to men or an ideal etc is part of the teachings of ECKANKAR. How can you say your path leads to freedom if all men MUST serve? If all men MUST serve, are they not bound to those they serve? Compelled to perform acts of service by the forces of the universe or reap the consequences?

Please, what is freedom according to ECKANKAR?

According to Eckankar Lexicon, Spiritual Freedom means Liberation from the wheel of life, Karma, Reincarnation and from the ills of the mortal life. The ability to come and go among the worlds of the Cosmic Order as desired.
So the first step in Eckankar is spiritual freedom which involves clearing all your past life karma and rising above the passions of the mind which include Lust, anger, greed, undue attachment to material things and vanity. Once you achieve this, you then become a clear channel for God and serving life becomes a joy to you.
There is no compulsion in service. You serve life because of your love for life nothing more nothing less and with no expectation of reward.

The path of ECK is to let one develop spiritual stamina and become a Master in his own right.

This is the meaning of Coworker with God.

The creative imagination is one of the gifts that God gave to Soul. In fact It is what makes us God-like. The ability to bring into physical manifestation anything we can conceive in our imagination.
To make use of this faculty that is within you, start by imagining what you want, then see yourself having it. Give thanks to God for having already received it. Then use your creativity to work towards achieving and realizing your dreams

Love your neighbor as yourself doesn’t mean a lot more than yourself. It means you have to love yourself before you can love your neighbor.
