Yes the police started the problem, they teargassed the naval man, this police men need to be trained to be civilized, they re supposed to be close to the civilians than the army but they behave in the unfortunate most uncivilized manner.

When you compare the their counterparts decades ago you seee that the current set lack civility, they teargas and pull their guns at the slightest provocation like touts, its very unfortunate, they shot anyhow and behave any how.

At the mopol junction there's always a traffic controller mounted by mobile police men, what happen was that when the mopol man was giving signal for the other traffic section to pass to a certain point he stop the traffic and the man they stop happen to be a military man with muffty who obeyed the traffic and stand patiently for his next turn but two naval officers came from behind to start harassing the military man with muffty that he suppose to have give way for them to beat the traffic from there they exchange words which the naval officers now pull off the car key of the military man with muffty from there the traffic controller who is a mopol man got the attention of what has happen between the naval men and the military man on mufti, the mopol man now alerted other mopol that was also at the check point when the naval men cork their gun that was the cause of the pandemonium that led people to abandon their cars and run for their lives ...however the mopol and the naval men were on a shooting spree as more troops from the mopol barracks over power the two naval men and arrested them....normalcy returns afterwards
