Governor Emmanuel Udom is building another multi-million naira personal estate for leasing in calabar. The estate is located in Calabar Municipality at Parliamentary Extension after Exceltech Fuel station. According to undisclosed sources, the governor also has plan of building similar estate in Port Harcourt.
