This is not an accidented car or one with salvage title, so it is probably quite safe structurally. The fact that it was part of rental fleet for a brief period would indicate that it was well maintained as typical of such cars. I will not hesitate to buy, after satisfactory inspection. I'm not a mechanic or an automobile expert - the opinion is solely mine, do your research before buying.

The car is a good one forget about the rental fleet history.Infact,these cars are well maintained!!! I just bought an 07 Camry that was used as a fleet vehicle,the car had 22 service histories!!! The front and rear brakes have been changed,tyres have been replaced,chassis lubricated GOD knows how many times!! Look, if there's been no accident/flood/salvage or whatever on it PICK THE CAR MY BROTHER!!

The vehicle was posted in 2009! it must have been sold by now.

Please suggest what precaution and guidelines to follow when buying a used Nissan Murano from a rental used car dealer.
