R of O will be issued to any buyer by the lawyers of City of harmony properties Ltd at no extra cost.

A new letter of allocation will be issued to buyer by City of harmony properties Ltd, after ownership is transferred.

Any prospective buyer is advised to come see the site, meet and make all other necessary enquiries with the lawyers at City of harmony properties Ltd (Address above).

Only make payment when convinced and satisfied.

Please I clearly stated above that ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS are available with the lawyers of City of harmony. One of them is my family lawyer so I'm safe with them handling my land matters as they're more knowledgeable and also sold me my portion of the land.

I believe ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS covers "government-issued documents".

Any interested buyer should be able to at least put across a call to the number above! Schedule a meet with my lawyer and I.

Be satisfied with the authenticity of ownership of the land before purchase.

Man when you bought the land, you don't know the documents government issued to the developer on the land. You ask your lawyer those question then post the answer here. FYI some of us asking this question are over 8,000 miles away form you ok.

Here are the answers to these questions, as responded to by my lawyer:

1. R of O is pending signing with Nasarawa state government (C of O will come after R of O is signed and issued)

2. Deed of Assignment and/or Power of Attorney is available.

These were his responses to your exact questions. Please if there be any more clarification needed, if the responses aren't satisfactory, kindly let me know and I'll ask him again.
