PUBLIC NOTICE!!! Mrs Habiba Ishaq, wife to Hon. Ibrahim Shaba, a former L.G Chairman of Koto-Karfi, Kogi state is missing. Habiba is native of Okehi L.G and resides in Kubwa with her husband. On the 30th of Jan. She was on her way back home, when her car developed fault and she boarded a taxi enroute Gwarinpa to be heading Kubwa and that was the last she was seen.
