About the Sloane Community
We are a community which have decided to create a future formidable venture to capture the entire market, technology and developments in Africa.

We have decided to put all our strengths together and build a strong institution which would be in the forefront of every technological, economical and developmental advancement in Africa. Our strength lies in our faithfulness, unity and total dedication to our goals.

We have members who are working hard in the creation of that "future" technology that would address our issues in Africa, we are Africans, born in Africa, lived in Africa and totally understand the diversity and challenges of Africa and we are in the BEST position to develop our own solutions which would not only be cost effective, but would maintain our independence on other Continent and their solutions, solve our problems better and help in building the perfect foundation to follow for the equally talented Africans of the future.

Our hope is in our hands, our solutions is in our hands and our joy is in our togetherness. Divisions amongst Africans is the sole reasons why we always play catch-up and never on our feet, but the Sloane Community have tackled that and are firmly united in our goals, ideas, differences and mission.

What we need
We have identified another potentially large enterprise that would help in making Africans richer collectively by bring their resources together and achieving greater and mightier things than they would ever do individually. We need an equally strong platform for this new venture and require the services of talented web programmers to join our community and be among the ones whose names would be written on a platform never to be forgotten.

The Requirement
We require financial analyst and business administrators to be part of this team.

What you would earn
Working with Sloane is entirely voluntary but with full commitments. As a member on an active projects, you would only be paid a quarterly basic commission of =N= 50,000 while on the project being implemented. Sloane Community requires only dedicated members who believe in building a bigger future than an uncertain present. The members on a project would own a combined ownership percentage or stake of 40% on every project they are part of and the profits from such huge venture would be shared in each individual percentage when it goes live.

How is the profits from Ventures of the Sloan Community shared
We have woken up to remind ourselves of the essence of joining all our resources together for the good of everyone. The Sloane community is not in a mission to enrich itself, breed corrupt individuals or further enslave Africans even with the solutions proffered to them. The current sharing formula of the Sloane Community for profits made on each of our ventures is as follows :

Programmers and Members of the project : 40%
The Host Communities (All host communities) : 20%
Sloan Trust funds (for young programmers, researchers, engineers, scientists, business administrators etc) : 5%
Sloan Community : 10%
Other Sloan Upcoming Projects funding : 5%
Talent Discovery and Grassroots programs : 5%
Sloane Community Pension Scheme : 3%
Sloane Health Insurance Scheme : 7%
Technological Education Scheme at Grassroots : 5%


How large are our specialization
Sloane Community is recruiting talented individuals to build a large community capable of taking up ALL challenges we have on our continents and solving them here within us in Africa.
Our members can include programmers, scientists, finance analyst, engineers, business administrators, medical researchers and geniuses in any field.

How do you gain being part of our community.
The gains are really so much and maybe sometimes unbelievable. Africa is a very blessed continents whose citizens have refused to develop their continent and enjoy the very huge benefits that lies in it.
We believe we as Africans can work very hard to create first hand solutions to all our economic, developmental, health, medicinal, cultural issues without having to ship trillions of our own resources to other continents every year and still be so independent and unempowered.
As a dedicated and committed member, you stand a huge gain from any completed projects you are part of in our community,. There are so many institutions in Nigeria, for example, that ships away Billions of Naira as profits after tax from Nigeria every year and yet we are still at their mercy, with no human resource advancement capable of doing the same as citizens of this country. This institutions have no business being here if we could only join our strengths together and give real developments to our continents and its people.

What can you expect as profits in the future
Your profits is a factor of the kind of projects you handled and how many individuals are in your group. For example, if 10 members developed a website as big as Jumia and we record a monthly profit of 10 million naira, for example, The percentage to the members in that group is 40%, therefore your share is 4 Million naira. If your individual percentage in that group is 15%, then it means your commission on that project alone would be 600,000 naira. (Please bear in mind, the 10 million used as an example is too low, but just an example)

How large can your projects go
As a united community, we are putting all our resources into making each project reach its maximum potential. Collective resources would be spent on TV advertisement, Online advertisement, Endorsement and Support from every aspects that would easily make the project well known in our society.

Who can join
If you are ready to work with a team, if you really want to work for your future and not just for what you earn currently, if you would have time to play your part in your project, if you would be loyal, faithful and committed to your project, if you are willing to learn and improve yourself even when you dont have any idea of your assignments before hand......then please join us.
