Silly inconclusive nature of INEC. The constitution says for the election to be conducted 90 days after the annulment by the tribunal, not 85 days. They could have saved the nation and Rivers state the agony of postponement by being mathematical accurate and not just extolling political correctness

Are you sure they are not afraid of Wike's warning. "If you are coming to Rivers State to rig the election, then first write your will before coming because you will be treated like an armed robber. " May be they have gone back to perfect their intended rigging tactics.
