Mrs . Aisha Buhari , wife of President Buhari arrived at Birnin Kebbi for the flag off of the Kebbi State Child and Maternal Health Week, She is expected to meet the warm embrace of Dr Zainab Atiku Bagudu, the indefatigable crusader, Champion of Child and Maternal care and a medical practitioner herself as well as a la cream of Kebbi Amazon's and top Government echelons.

While in Kebbi, Mrs Buhari is expected to pay a courtesy homage to the revered Abdullahi Fodio Palace, flag off the Health Week and commissions a number of hospitals in Jega and Argungu.She is also expected to present relief materials to residents of IDPs in Birnin Kebbi as well as commission a School named in her honour at Argungu.

Meanwhile all is now set for the historic visit by Mrs Aisha Buhari with various committees taking active roles at ensuring the success of the visit.

Kebbi State under the leadership of Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu has been on the National spotlight recently with two Presidential visits in three months, the last one by the President himself signalled the launching and take off of the revolutionary agricultural program ANCHOR BORROWERS SCHEME aimed at reviving the old glory of agriculture, empowerment and economic progress.
