For example in Uzbekistan, whenever the President convoy is passing through the street/road leading to the presidential palace, all houses facing the road must SHUT/CLOSE their windows till he passes through. And he passes twice/thrice daily. So imagine that!. But this dragging and assault of this man is totally uncalled for
