Hmmm, I thought this only happens in Nigeria, We Africans are our own problems. This photos were posted on Facebook by a Facebook user by name Basudde Sam, and according to him, the man being dragged on the road and beaten like a common criminal's crime is overtaking a government official. He was arrested for overtaking the convoy of Uganda's Vice President, Edward Ssekandi. What a barbaric act to say the least. See more photos below
