The FG did not with hold LG funds but refused to finance the illegally created councils which were created by Tinubu.

Only the National Assembly can create LGs.

The state allocations and those of the constitutionally recognized councils were duly funded by the FG.

this is how Tinubu will neglect state roads and erect bill boards on bad portions of federal roads declaring; "Bear with Us. This is a Federal Road". I wonder how many state roads commissioned during his reign.

The FG will later allow the State govt carry out minor repair works on federal roads in Lagos but after receiving outrageous bills by the LASG, the FG will later tell Tinubu to stop repairing Federal roads. This is when Ogunleye became minister of works.

The man Tinubu is a master of distraction and his pupil Aregbe (who happened to be his commissioner of works back then) will use this same tactics to distract from his failing stewardship as Osun governor.
