Hi Everyone, I saw a certain young man holding firmly a moving Motorcycle while he's scating on highway, I had to get a bit closer, gave him a stern warning before these people could stop. This Motorcycle is ascending hill and carrying what looks like an old woman passenger but yet see for yourself. I think it's dangerous. I wonder why the man allowed him, same goes to the old woman. Who's got the least blame here at percentage rate. Say the Motorcycle rider is A, Mama is B & the young man is C. For me, I think the Young is got to be blamed 50%, Rider 40% and mama will take the rest 10% because she might be too scared to talk. What do u think my people. State your reason o.
