Makeup does not only make you look stunning, it shields the stress on your face whenever you have had an exhausting day. For the ladies that are new to applying makeups, you don't need any special skill for you to look stunning with your facial makeups. Here are few tips on how to perfectly apply a makeup as a starter.

Use a toner or gentle cleanser to wash away any impurities that may be on your skin. You want to start your makeup on a clean face. Then you can apply a light moisturizer so that your face may be prevented from getting too oily during the day. And if there are patches on your skin, the moisturizer will help keep your skin moist.

Wait for about five minutes to enable the moisturizer sink, then apply the foundation. Just use your finger to apply it at strategic points like your chin, nose and forehead. Then blend it with your finger, brush or makeup sponge in all directions.

Apply a little concealer, using a small pointed brush, beneath your eyes, normally at the inner or outer corner of the eye.

Apply a translucent powder to your face to set the concealer and moisturizer. It's good that you do this with a powder puff in a pressing motion. Then use a brush to tap off any excess.

The first step on working on your eyes is to apply an eyeshadow. Use anyone you like or try a neutral shade like aubergine. Use your finger or shadow brush to make quick and short swipes through your lid and move straight up to your brow bone.

Make use of a brown or black pencil to apply an eyeliner along the rim of your upper lash.

Curl your lashes with a lash curler at the lower part of your eyelashes; then apply mascara to the lower and upper lashes using the tip of the wand directed towards the outer corner of your eye. When you are done with your eyes, you can now move to other parts of your face.

Apply a cream or powder blush to the apples of your cheeks and blend upwards towards your temple.

Then apply a lip gross or lipstick. It could be neutral, creamy of fire-engine red.

Finally, stand before a mirror and see how you look. You're sure gonna be looking stunning!
