I need to convert my one page PSD to a valid html, css & etc. On hover on the circles I'll be putting pictures in (see sample image attached), it'll give the same effect of the circles in this link http://demo.presscustomizr.com/ .

A demo from you will convince me.

When I see your demo, then i can release my actual PSD to you. wink it's not FREE though!
