I can't argue about the light,,,,,, transportation is cheap too,,but things are generally expensive here,food etc are expensive,,,,,land depends on the area you are...........Am currently in Osogbo,so I know it

yeah i know osogbo is a bit costly, but it is cheap when you compare it with lagos, rivers and abuja, like in lagos i heard a bag of rice is 22,000 but here in ede it is 16500, so you see the difference? And the people over here in osun state are friendly, cool environment, water is available, that is the most important tinz a person need, note- no state in nigeria is perfect, but osun state try small.

babe, you can put borno state too, they have good health care center and many side attractions like bombing festivals sorry i mean yam festivals and also the famous boko haram marathon race and they also have shekau shopping plaza and 24 hours bomb sorry light, infact the place is ok, give it a try, you can thank me later...
