Ensure that the 4th copy of the PO is received by the user department for tracking
Ensure that correct delivery dates, warranty, VAT information and other relevant information are stated in the PR/PO
Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure that process efficiency is upheld

4 years work experience including:
Minimum of 2 years in purchasing function,
Proficient in MS Office Applications and other Microsoft tools
