To join the scheme, you must
a) Be an employee of a rated company
b) Be in a permanent employment in a qualified occupation
c) Be earning a minimum salary as prescribed by the scheme from time to time

BENEFITS
a) Scaled Benefit
100% of the monthly salary for the 1st 6 months
75% of the monthly salary for the next 6 months
50% of the monthly salary for the next 6 months
25% of the monthly salary for the next 6 months

b) Supplementary Benefit
In the event of a new salary lower than the existing insured income, the cover shall provide the shortfall to place the insured in his original position as it was immediately before the occurrence of the insured event-loss of employment income.

c) Single Sum Benefit
A member may apply for payment of a single sum benefit as against the defined scaled benefit.

d) Death Benefit
A death benefit of an agreed sum assured stated in the scheduled will be payable to the beneficiary record.

WHEN BENEFIT IS PAYABLE
Benefit shall become payable from the scheme in the event of the following conditions when a policy holder:
1. Has lost his/her job through no fault of his/her own
2. Has been in the scheme for a period not less than 12(twelve) months

Policy holders shall enjoy free legal services on employer relationship.

PREMIUM
Premium shall be determined based on individual employment risk profile.
Payment of premium could be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually.

FREE LOOK PERIOD
Enjoy your 30 days risk-free period when you sign on and decide to withdraw with 100% return of your money.
