We are in urgent need of a Front desk officer in an e-commerce firm.

Qualification : OND or WAEC holder with good computer skills

Age: not older than 22yrs

Location: OGBA, Lagos

Responsibilities:

Responds to customer inquires regarding orders,billing inquiries e.t.c
Review orders, contacts customers to clarify request and ensuring all necessary information is included in an order
Ensure effective stock keeping
Upload of products to the web store
Contacts courier companies for shipping notifications and or for damaged/missing packages

Key Behaviors

• Good computer skill and good use of the social media ( facebook, twitter, whatsapp , BBM ) is a must.
• Bright, highly motivated and driven
• Passionate about Sales and customer satisfaction
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
• Credible, articulate and confident
