"Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is a bad omen for men!" Kunle said in a barely audible tone.

Kunle seldom drinks. But, since he joined this group of new friends, he comes home every night reeking of alcohol. He slurs in his speech and at times, he would find himself at the middle of the night sleeping on the dinning table with his spoon firmly in his right-hand.

Not only that, experts believe that psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, low self esteem, and fear of sexual failure cause between 10-20% of such cases.

Other likelihood are smoking, which affects blood flow in veins and arteries, and hormonal abnormalities such as not having enough testosterone.

The all Natural way I used to conquer my ED problems without dangerous herbs and drugs!

ED is caused by blood flow issues which stem from the following;

#Kidney disease
#liver disease
#Digestive system issues
#an initial indicator of future heart disease
#Basic nutrient deficiency/insufficiency
#Poor lifestyle and blood flow issues.

I experienced ED last year for about 7 months and as you all know its a terrible thing for a young man to go through, I am 32.

At first I sort for herbs and home remedies from all places like Agbo, okra, honey, bitter leaf, bitter kola and funny herbal powders. They worked but for only a short time and I thought to my self, is this what I will take all my life before having sex? HELL NO!! It made no sense what so ever so I sort out to do a lot of research on dietary and life style changes to make in order to conquer my ED problems for good. After two months of the below mentioned dietary and life style changes I went for a complete medical check up I can confidently say that I have conquered ED and I am once more a raging sex machine. They are as follows;

First thing in the morning on an empty stomach I drink one freshly squeezed lemon 30mins before breakfast.

I take steel cut oats, rolled oats, high fiber cereal by bob redmill or Oat bran for breakfast with a hard boiled egg. Oats are high fibre and reduce cholesterol in the body effectively.
You can soak one tablespoon of chia seeds in small water for 30mins before adding to your oats OR ground flax seeds directly to your oats. Chia seeds and flax seeds are very high in omega 3 fatty acids which are very good for the heart!


For lunch I make brown rice and vegetable with my custom made stew. I prepare this stew with no drop of oil, Oils are bad for you and if you have ED issues you should avoid them totally!!! No oils of any kind not even olive oil!! I will tell you how to get healthy fats in your diet.

At times for lunch I also make cooked pearled barley or quinoa with vegetables. Barley and quinoa are high in fibre and will help with your cholesterol levels.

In between meals I snack on cucumbers, garden eggs, coconuts, roasted or boiled corn or 1 whole avocado.

For dinner I take Boiled beans (without any added oils or salt or maggi) with boiled sweet potatoes(red or white skinned). Potatoes and beans are very high in fiber and will reduce your cholesterol levels drastically and also aid digestion.

DONT FORGET UNRIPE PLANTAINS TOO!


NOW we go to healthy sources of fats and vitamins which will help you build up ur testosterone levels and increase your libido and give you fat and solid erections;

1. Unsalted organic Almonds. you can buy these at any shop rite store although its a bit expensive. Soak 24 almond seeds in little water for 24 hours and peel the brown bark off before consuming them 6 times a week for 2 weeks and 2 times a week subsequently. change the water every 12hrs.

2. Brazil nuts. just eat 5 brazil nuts every day for 2 weeks for sperm motility and other nutrients and vitamins.

3. Dark Chocolates(90% cocoa); Go for LINDT chocolates if possible with the label(90% cocoa) on the packet. eat 2 squares three times a week for 2 weeks.

4. Coconuts: Coconut has good amount of fiber and should be eaten regularly

5. Avocado is a wonderful and contains loads of fiber and very very healthy fats that are good for you.

Honorable mentions;

Carrots
Cabbage
lettuce
tomatoes.
apples

you can incorporate these into your diet if possible, if not no problems.


******if you noticed the above mentioned diets are very very high in fiber. FIBER IS KING AND CAN TURN YOUR LIFE AROUND IN 2 MONTHS!*****************************************************

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
--------------------

If you have ED then you need to get moving on a regular, if you are very fat then you should brisk walk every day for 45mins to 1hour..every day!!! if you are not too fat then you cycle or jog for 4 times a week for 30mins.

*Most people with ED have very low VITAMIN D levels in the body. 4 times a week, stay under the sun with only your shorts on(no singlets or shirts or caps, expose as much skin as possible) for 15mins between 11.30am and 2pm. if you are busy at work then do this during weekends( Sat and Sun).

*NOW pay attention to this!! If you have ED its most likely you have elevated blood pressure levels and therefore I have an easy way to reduce your blood pressure effectively without using drugs if your levels are not more than 160/90.

*Everyday after work outs use a HAND GRIP DEVICE for 16mins while you rest after you must have had your bath. You can buy them at fitness stores and they are very cheap. 2,000naira or so. Google HAND GRIP DEVICE for images of the device.

*How to use: Use your right to squeeze and hold for 7 seconds at 90% strength and release, rest for 3 seconds and squeeze and hold again for 7 seconds. repeat this with your right hand for 2minutes and your left for 2mins also. 8mins each hand which is 16mins total. you need to do this exercice for 2months to see a noticeable difference, I saw a big difference in just 4days!!

You can buy a blood pressure measuring device in your home to constantly check your blood pressure.

NOW VERY IMPORTANT LIFESTYLE AND DIETARY CHANGES TO MAKE;

*RUN AWAY FROM SUGAR OR CANNED AND PROCESSED FOODS.. RUNNN!! RUNNN!!

*STOP USING MAGGI, ROYCO AND OTHER SIMILAR SEASONING FOR COOKING..THEY ARE KILLERS!( use ginger, garlic, thyme, tumeric, cumin, cinnamon, curry, cayenne or black pepper, other forms of pepper and scent leaves instead!)


*STOP EATING POINT KILL CATFISH.

*EAT ONLY CHICKEN BREAST ONCE A WEEK, IF YOU NEED NUTRIENTS YOU CAN GET THEM FROM ONE HARD BOILED EGG AND THE ABOVE MENTIONED NUTS.

*EAT MACKEREL FISH ONLY ONCE A WEEK..ONE HARD BOILED EGG CAN ALWAYS DO THE MAGIC

*STOP EATING ANY FORM OF MEAT! STOPPPPP!!!

*NO OILLLSS OO! NOT EVEN PALM OIL, COCONUT OIL OR OLIVE OIL! NO OILLLLS AT ALL !!!

*EAT WATERMELON IN MODERATION.

*YOU CAN EAT GARLIC OR GINGER BUT NOT TOO MUCH, THE ABOVE DIETS I MENTIONED ABOVE WILL MAKE YOU A SEX MACHINE!

*STOP SMOKING AT ALL COST

*STOP ANY FORM OF ALCOHOL AT ALL COST..ESPECIALLY BEER! DANGEROUS!

*STOP TAKING STIMULANTS OR SEX ENHANCING HERBS, THEY WILL DO MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD!

*ALWAYS READ LABELS BEFORE YOU BUY WHAT TO CONSUME..WHENEVER YOU SEE MORE THAN 90MG OF SODIUM OR MORE 500MG OF SUGAR OR ANY CHOLESTEROL CONTENT IN THE INGREDIENTS SECTION OR NUTRITIONAL VALUE INFORMATION SECTION OF A PRODUCT PLEASE DONT PURCHASE OR CONSUME SUCH
