Please I need help on my BlackBerry q10, I fone goes silence whenever whenever whenever whenever call call the call drops it vibrate and show a blue led light and then I become silence, music don't ring out incoming call same, it totally mute except i restart the fone. Nairaland help |

I'm not an expert but I suggest you re-load the OS. Reason why I suggest this is because of some error that occurs which triggers its malfunctioning since you said, it restart fine. |
