i have been trying to apply that of MAN but it's telling me invalid character for username entry please what could be the problem?

They should focus more on training their already existing staff because their customer service quality has dropped seriously over the years.

Are you sure it's not from the your login details?

sure they need to focus on that, but don't you think it is as a result of lack of adequate man power....so employing new staffs will help solve that problem to some reasonable extent!. or what do you think?

It isn't. They don't train their staff anymore. Their customer service as at 2010 was better than it is nowadays. The companies only want to cut corners via recruitment then bypassing training.
