why does many fail when it comes to waec(west African examination council) is it because many do not study or waec just don't seems to be fair to many mostly Nigerians in lagos |

The only reason for that is mass copy. Imagin a waec center where answer to questions 're been writing on the board for candidates to copy. In the presence of money-wanting supervisors! Just bear in mind that as you 're a nigerian and still in nigeria you don't in any way or attempt seem to be poor. Understand. |
