The "jungle judges" we have on the streets are ready to put an end to petty stealing in the hood this 2016 with their "jungle justice."

How are we sure this guy stole anything, or is it now a sin to have N10k in the pocket? Why was he not interviewed? Could this have been a case of grabbing the next person these frustrated people saw? Mechanics are called everywhere to help fix cars, sometimes at odd hours. It's strange that there's no statement from the "thief". Who is in the possession of the cut arm? Is this how savages now source for human parts? The relevant authorities must look into this. I really hope that it's not what I think this is. Please Sahara reporters, beam your investigative light on this.
