The reason is not far fetch most of them live a luxurious life but at the same time they are in big debt,at aleast the so call poor Men and Woman has few possesion which is theirs.
my conclusion from this is that for you to be the poorest person in the Word you should rather first concentrate on becoming the richest person then borrow loads of money and waste it all away.
