Yes

Your smartphone is a platform to send your CV via the email messaging apps. Just follow email etiquettes and remember to remove those signatures (e.g. sent from my Pangolo device) if you have one.

Via a BB10 Device.

Cool but the "via a BB10 Device" is unnecessary. Let it stop at your name and perhaps your mobile number underneath (especially if you are sure you are sending this to legit addresses).
