Dear all, pls can anyone tell me how to solve this error on my Sony Xperia, C2305. " unfortunately engriks has stopped ". I have erase d phone 2 times all to no avail. The message keep coming whenever my data is on.

Do a hard reset.

Google how to do a hard reset on a Sony in recovery mode.

All you have to do is...backup all your data which includes photos,videos,sms messages,music e.t.c.and do a factory reset of the phone.pls ensure you have a very good anti- virus software installed on your phone,which can scan any malicious virus on your phone.

I have done factory reset and also install antivirus trojan killer no solution , still waiting for ideas

if after factory reset no solution,the next & final step will be to take the phone for FLASHING,preferably where you bought the phone.If they have a qualified phone technician, then he/she should be able to restore the phone back to normal.Pls backup all your data b4 proceeding.
