According to practice no specific days. But its okay to allow one or two days to cure the suspended slab before commencing block setting.
Also stacking of blocks on the slab should be spread around edges of panels of slab，long height of block stacking should be avoided at centres of each slab panel to avoid stressing the slab because it is yet to gain its full strenght.
Idealy suspended slab casted with grade M15(1:2:4) concrete under a dry atmospheric condition gains its full strenght in 28day while 30days can be observed for slab casted under a wet atmospheric condition before formwork for sofits are removed.

Interesting reading your post. The work looks very neat
I noticed that blocks were used for the construction of the foundation, in what circumstances is this advisable/allowed ?
Also in the cost estimate for the project, is the sum inclusive of finishing or only carcass ?
Do you know a reputable soil engineer and also a reputable structural engineer ?

Cast-in-situ concrete facial parapet completed. Duplex wating to be roofed. First floor suspended floor slab for flats to start up today.
