@OP a very nice job you did. question though, how long does it take all things being equal(money set aside) to build a 3-bedroom duplex? considering the fact that the slab will have to be given minimum oof 28 days to cure properly? started buildng one and i want it ready by december. it is feasible? plus i have a very qualified Engineer at site.
