Ongoing standoff at INEC Office...some aggrieved youths barricded the INEC Office Owerri protesting the late change in some key election personnel for the court ordered Okigwe zone senetorial rerun election.The commissioner of police'the commander 342 Artilary brigade obinze Owerri and the INEC administrative secretary are trying to resolve the issues raised.
