yes the plots are within an estate, it hasn't been named yet, but it is sold by FMG...the land comes with certificate of occupancy

How far is this location from FO2, is this AGIS allocation? what is the full name of this developing Company. One thing for sure FO2 around that location is a vast land of about 100 acres that has been fully mapped out with all amenities like the major road has been put in place. Though for over 8 years now, no one could develop their subscribed plot due to bureaucracy between the government and the local indigenes that stop the development of that location. I will be more than happy if this seller can display the copy of COF of said land for everyone to see before subscribing to other problem that may last another 10years.

I don't know about allocation, but all plots have been validated by AGIS, development has began in the area and am not aware of any dispute between land owners and the indigenous people. The C of O is not currently with me but you can always contact me to arrange a meeting in other to see the the C of O. I really appreciate your input
