The Peoples Democratic Party has won the Benue South rerun election race, making its applicant, David Mark, come back to the eighth Senate, from which the court shot him out a couple of months prior.

In Saturday’s decision, Mr. Mark, previous President of the Nigerian Senate, (2007-2015), was proclaimed champ in the midst of dissents by his challenger, who requested that the decision be announced uncertain.

The previous Senate President crushed his sole challenger, Daniel Onjeh, a 41-year old previous students leader, who challenged on the platform of the decision All Progressives Congress.
