I submit this motion that no one above AGE 45 and/ or have either held office and served as a President, Minister, Governor, Commissioner or Chairman at any government or party level, should be permitted to run for or appointed to any of these positions come 2019 and thereafter for at least 20 years.

We may require a Constitutional Reform/ Ammendment to ascertain this, so be it.

I wonder how one person can cause coarseness&disunity in a party as big as PDP...can't they use vote of no confidence and vote him out of the party's chairmanship position. PDP has to choose BTW having Ali modu sheriff as their chairman OR facing mass defection from the party.
