I have been in the banking sector for three years and i want to use my experience in customer service to switch to the public relations industry.Anyone with suggestions on how i can do that.i have serious flair for PR and i want to know if theres any professional course i have to take.

IPRA is the height of it (I am a member).
I also know there is the African body of PR practitioners. (AFPRA)
I 'd also suggest you get in touch with a Mazi Mike Okere. I know he owns a consultacy firm in lagos. I have read his resume and i think he will have all the answers you need becoming a professional PR person here in Nigeria. (Just google his name too)
