Hello all, I have this idea of opening a pastry shop to sell bread, cakes and other pastries. I would love to have an idea what do i need to have a successful one asides from knowing how to bake. In 2011, I stumbled on a pastry shop in ojuelegba Lagos, owned by an Egyptian i think. The type of breads i used to eat there was nice. But i need to know is it a viable business. Thanks in anticipation folks. |
