Not realy,there is no substitute for vaccination. But using it during the early brooding,helps alot. There is also a topic on vaccination.

The guy is a professional and he promised free consultation. I will make this open here with pictures and videos. Am a newbie too, advice are welcomed.

For xmas you can start by mid september or ending of september,all depends on the value it commands in your area,or you can start by first week of octomber. For restaurant and co,the market is not seasonal.

Availability and cost of materials in your locality,in some area it might be costlier,or lesser.

Just like you said,management is the key,though we hav'nt gotten such result in 35days,but we have archieve that in 45days.
