I played a game online yesterday and all the games went through but these guys have not okayed the last game on the ticket uptil now. I couldn't play last night and I called customer service this morning one layo to be precise she was so rude and just said that game wouldn't be on till after 48hrs but I told her the game had already been played she just kept on with an attitude.
