I came across this on facebook and I fumed for a minute. Why would the exam body need money to list out just 36 or so candidates for a recognition?

Waec must be high on some cheap substance, why on earth will they be asking for money just to check their records for the list of best students, they should rather encourage such organization & not discourage them. If they are payed such money then what will be left for the award & gifts to be given to the students? Corruption everywhere, Oga oh...

I don't know if this is the procedure for obtaining such information from waec or is someone trying to make some quick money. It's a shame really
