I was surprised wen I received d email below from first bank ds morning. I don't really understand. Does it mean I will be charged like N250 wen I transfer N5000 to someone using my ATM card?

It only shows that FIRSTBANK is desperate for money now that they have bad debts from failed crude oil business.
