Good number of them stole Nigeria's money to sponsor Buhari's presidential election therefore where is the moral right to probe them?

Why did Buahri EFCC refused to investigate the following people at least to charge the people who alleged them as liar for perjury?
Politicians that should be charged for corruption.

Atiku Abubakar: Reputed to have fleeced the economy of billions in the privatization exercise. His former boss OBJ has consistently told Nigerians that Atiku is "Olee". Today, Atiku remains the presidents right hand man. His stealing has been written-off at the expense of poor Nigerian masses.

Rotimi Amaechi: The Rivers Stage investigation panel confirmed that Rotimi Amaechi stole over N84 Billion from the state treasury. The case was reported to EFCC, but Buahri EFCC refused to investigate at least to charge the people who alleged as liar for perjury. Yet Buhari is making corrupt Amaechi his minister.

Chief Obong Attah: This former Akwa-Ibom governor was accused of fleecing the State to the tune of $5.3 Billion paid to ECONET for which the UK government has declared him wanted. Additionally, the case of over N200M paid for non-existent air port is still largely not investigated. Obong Attah has found a friend in Buhari and as such not longer a thief.

Abacha and family: Buhari served under Abacha regime as Chair of the Petroleum Trust Fund (EFT). This fund was reputed to have "helped"many Buhari friends to loot the Nigerian economy. Though, Buahri has not been directly indicted Abacha family have. In the latest World bank report on Abacha loot, it was reported that the amount was 'too much' for them to trace. Yet Buahri told us that Abacha was not corrupt".

Timipriye Sylva: The former Bayelsa governor who now want to return to state house was accused and being tried for stealing a whooping N22Billion from the state. The case was on by EFCC before Buhari was sworn in as the president. Thereafter, the cases were abandoned by EFCC and Sylva is now running for governorship under Buhari's apc. As a friend of Buhari and member of Buhari's transition team, Sylva theft were written-off. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/184918-efcc-files-fresh-corruption-case-against-ex-governor-sylva.html

Abubakar Audu: Abubakar Audu's case of stealing N11 Billion from one of the poorest states in Nigeria is a pathetic story. No one knows the state of the case as of today. The funny twist to this case was that the State apc chairman told the people of Kogi to re-elect Audu Abubakar so that he can "return" the N11Billion stolen from them. Audu Abubakar as apc flag bearer in Kogi State remains Buhari's friend. Who is fooling who?

Malam El-Rufai: The governor if Kaduna State was formerly Federal Capital Territory minister under PDP. El-Rufai was alleged to have allocated plots to himself and his wives and concubines and even female lover (corp member) was being paid N1million per month as allowance. latest was the N5Billion paid to his company for consultancy service to CBN under Sanusi for no work done. All these were not probed by Buhari, yet story has it that El-Rufai is infact the defacto Vice President of Nigeria. A friend of Buhari is no longer corrupt.

Babatunde Fashola: The case against Fashola is know in public domain. He was reputed to have constructed a personal website with N78 Million in addition to having dug some two boreholes with N300 millions. Babatunde Fashola is a friend of Buhari and now a minister of Buhari's corruption fighting government. What an irony.

Fayemi: Amongst other corruption issues and plunging Ekiti state into an eternal debt, Fayemi was accused of making a bed for N40 million. All calls for EFCC to investigate this act of corruption was glossed over because Fayemi was the "organizer" of Buhari's winning primaries. He is now being appointed as a minister of FGN.

When men like this are moving freely with their agbadas raising, what is corruption fight all about then?

It is very sad indeed that Nigeria is full of heartless corrupt animals. Without any question, everyone of these bastards from A to Z stole from us, and they all deserve to die in jail and go straight to heII...but unfortunately, it will simply be senseless if we expect president Buhari to go after all of these corrupt individuals.
It makes more sense to severely punish a few and allow God to take control/ deal with the rest...For example: where is Diepreye Alamieyeseigha today?

We must clearly understand that Buhari will and can not tackle all these blood suckers all at the same time...We must stay focused and continue to give our uncompromising support to our president.

Nigeria will rise again, very soon.

Focus of anti-corruption is the immediate past regime.
And that is a good thing as it streamlines the number to take at a time. Moreso, it is assumed that all previous regimes ahead of GEJ have been vindicated if not yet probed by GEJ. that is the assumption. It is GEJ regime to probe the REGIME before his own.

Given that, it means Obong, El-Rufai, Atiku, Abacha, Sylva are excluded. And you surely don't expect them to probe a dead man Audu, more so he fall in the old regime as well. All old things are gone and forgiven!

As for Amaechi, Fashola and Fayemi, their files have been looked at by the EFCC and found not wanting!. Any other party that found them culpable also have assess to the courts and can as well prosecute them. After all, the Supreme courts have said in Atiku vs OBJ that the states have powers to prosecute any Nigerian even if he does not reside in that state.

Re: Why Did EFCC Refuse To Investigate The Following People? by ihatesycophant(m): 5:36pm On Feb 25, 2016
I was hoping to see a more articulated argument but all I see here are just hearsay.

Atiku Abubakar: we've been hearing this since the time of OBJ that Atiku is corrupt but not even OBJ sue him to court. OP, I can decide calling you thief based on perceived issue I have with you, does that make you a thief. If you or anyone thinks Atiku is a thief should please do the needful and sue him and let us sleep while you and the rest unjustly called him a thief.

[b]Rotimi Amaechi:
Till date the panel findings have not been published for public consumption. All we hear is that Amaechi is corrupt. During the screening exercise, Amaechi said, he had read through the panel recommendations, but he discovered there was no section of the recommendations that indicted him. He Amaechi laid same recommendations from the panel before the Senate. Even PDP's members in the Senate could not pin-point where to lay claim he has been indicted, all they say is, Amaechi has been indicted in his state, but no concrete issue lay before the Senate. Again, EFCC does not charge people without having before them concrete information about graft. Wike affirmed this when he said during thanksgiving service to mark his victory at the Supreme Court that they don't need EFCC to fight corruption in Rivers State but they will do it by themselves. Making frivolous case against someone does not constitute evidence but just mere academic rumour not weighty enough to track such down

Chief Obong Attah: The issue of Obong did not start yesterday. If I am still current, Obong left government in the year 2007, if he's accused of fleecing the State to the tune of $5.3 Billion and OBJ could not do anything and again GEJ could not sue him. This issue is beyond PMB and don’t expect to fight the whole graft the same time. When the dragnet will get to him or others it will not be by propaganda or lies throwing about in the media or hearsay.
Abacha and family: It is still an hearsay that Buhari’s friends looted the PTF. All we hear is Buhari allowed some amount to be missed under his watch but not yet to him by any panel. OBJ has to say, he tried to investigate PMB secretly but could not find anything in him to nail him. Till date none of the people that worked with him had been indicted or sue but if you have enough evidence to put forward, you can as well submit same or meet some opposition lawyers to help you out. I remember that higher percentage of Nigerians see Abacha’s family has a family that have plucked the country down but your GEJ see him has not and still went ahead to reward the family with accolade under the glare of the world and the surprise of Nigerians.
Timipriye Sylva: Why has it taken more than 5 years to tackle the issue of one man. The people that took him to court for stealing the state money could not substantiate their claim and it drag till the court finds it irritating. How will you take someone to court and no evidence to track it down? What you refused to know is that they just crop up charges that are not viable and expect the court to sentence him to jail. Trump up charges are not allow in law. But if you still think you have more evidence you can make it available to nail him rather than counting him among those people PMB’s government had forgotten their cases.
Abubakar Audu: I refused talking about death because no place for dead body in the law court.
Malam El-Rufai: I like the word “alleged” you used. His own case I think is the simplest. If he has unlawfully allocated land to people without following the rules, all they need doing is to show to the court that he allocated this or that portion of land without valid documents to the beneficiaries. Making noise about this is a greatest disservice against the nation. All these lands can be revoked without stress even without going to court. The same was said about Turai Yaradua that she allocated land to herself and she was taken to court by Patience Jonathan, Turai was vindicated by court. Making noise about Rufai allocating land to family members and friends is just a political noise and no sincerity in it. I know PDP have 5 years down the line to prosecute him but all they do is to just make noise on the media and print but no further action. If you still think you have a viable evidence please make it available and let us rest about this. All we are dealing with now, are issue with concrete evidence and not just on rumour or lies or propaganda or politics gist.

Babatunde Fashola: The case against Fashola is known in the public domain but remember is still in the public domain that the House of Assembly approved its construction . He has said during ministers’ screening that construction of website and digging of borehole that he has no knowledge about it. That it was the quotation given to him that he took to the House for approval and they did approved and that was why the fuzz die down immediately. If he has done it without approval, that would have been case on its own but because it was appropriate, meaning he didn’t do it on his own volition but through the vested power of the legislature.
Fayemi: Fayemi has said Fayose should be bold enough to show the world all the receipt of all purchase made or probably take him to court. He said, no bed bought up to a million naira. Since that day of the screening Fayose had kept mute. Again if you have more evidence against Fayemi, please he has said he is ready to meet anyone in court.
Please try again lies and propaganda would not stop the fight against graft in PMB’s administration
