i have joined an organization which has just came into existence, its a software development org. having around 20-25 staff members. Can somebody help me what are the important step to be taken in setting HR practices in such organization  What kind of policies or procedures there should be in HR set-up that can not be ignored. I m new to this field, so plz help me |
