On your Google search type convert word to PDF and select one of the free converter options that comes up in your monitor,select ur CV word document from desktop and upload it in order to convert to PDF then download the converted PDF file and save as to enter ur desktop then u can use it for ur application.

My online application for this Edo State University academic jobs opening is not uploading on their site. My uploaded CV in PDF format is just 199kbs and not even up to the 500kb threshold they set. Anyone experiencing same challenge or am I the only one?

Yes you can but according to the one of the advert criterion,it is assumed that you have registered for your PHD.

I applied for two different positions but didn't get any acknowledgment but i saw a pop up that showed that my applications were successful,if someone has a contrary view with respect to the acknowledgment should let the house know.

PhD is a compulsory requirement for appointment to Lecturer I and Above
Lecturer II applicants must have a PhD or Masters with at least Two (2) publications and three (3) years working experience
Assistant Lecturer applicant must have a Second Class Upper, a degree in area of specialization a Masters Degree and evidence of registration for PhD.
