Tunde, a young man confined to a wheelchair, is another one hardworking Nigerian who has decided to make a living from making and selling footwear, rather than taking to the streets to beg.

His hustle is really paying off, as the 'Common Sense' Senator, Ben Murray Bruce, in his advocacy of #BuyNaijaToGrowTheNaira decided to extend his kind gestures by helping the young man.

The senator took to his Twitter account to announce that he just ordered 10 pairs of footwear from the physically challenged Tunde.

Mr. Bruce has been urging Nigerians to grow the Naira by buying made in Nigeria brought. He has walked the talked in recent actions by him, like buying made in Nigeria clothes and shoes from the Made In Aba show, buying of Innoson cars; which are also made in Nigeria; and now he is helping young Tunde to achieve his dreams.

There are thousands like him across the country.
They should be getting cheap government supported loans from banks and government management support/policy ,to build factories ,where he can employ people to mass manufacture shoes for export and local consumption.
All those useless programs like SURE-P and National directorate of employment are what they are ; useless.
Give assistance to those who have shown the drive to be creative .
This is exactly what Ben Bruce should be advocating for in the National Assembly.

That's good of Ben Bruce- #buynaijatogrowthenaira. But where I have issue is putting 'just' for 3k Naira. Can he put 'just' for 3k$ or 3k£. 3k Naira is two-third the monthly salary of somebody or a market woman's monthly income. So he needs to also reconfigure his pysche to the reality of the time and know that 3k Naira is not 'just'!
