A reputable restaurant Outlet located in Lekki, Lagos is looking for a seriously minded Female Restaurant Manager

Job Description
Manage the restaurant adequately and ensure customers satisfaction and profit maximization.
Directly perform hands-on work on an ongoing basis to train employees.
Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate member of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence.
Coordinating the administration, service and operation of the restaurant
Directing all efforts in the restaurant to achieve the financial goals of the outlet.
Checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies (stock levels) for the restaurant.
Overseeing the sanitation of the restaurant and ensuring that sanitation standards are met.
Setting budgets and/or agreeing to them with senior management.
Preparing reports at the end of the week/month including staff control, food control and sales.
Planning and co-ordinating menus.

Requirements
Interested applicant must have organizational and management experiences.
HND or higher, 5 years working experience and at least 3 years working in the food industry.
Accurate leadership skills
Great inter-personal skills

Good entrepreneurial skills
A track record of success
