Pls I need somebody with my HP Laserjet 1100 printer. I have tried several times to connect it to my laptop to print from it but I never get it right. I'll like it if somebody can tell me how to go about it from start to finish. It's connected to the laptop with a USB cable. Thanks.

i believe you will need to install the printer´s drivers.do u have the cd to it?

Thanks 4 ur response. No Cd came wt d printer, I got one but it's not working with it. I think it could be because of d Windows XP OS dat is on d lappie. I also feel it could be because am not sure which port 2 print 2 - Lp or Com. And I noticed dat if I print 2 Com3 it shows printing and will even go as far as 64kb of wateva d size of d document, den it stops. Pls I'll so appreciate it if u can help me solve dis problem.

u need to do a few checks,
check that u hve installed driver
check u have printer on the right port
check to make sure printer is Online and not Offline.
check ur gender and IM me 



one more thing, very important. check to make sure you have a printer.
