While I personally commend this partnership between the oil tycoon and ndi Nza-Ozubulu in Ekwusigo LGA of Anambra State which, when completed, is expected to provide the kind of employment mentioned, it is important to note the following:

1. That the land/place under reference as Ifeanyi Ubah sports and industrial complex (even though located between the border of Nnewi and Ozubulu) solely belongs to Nza-Ozubulu and is verily known as 'AGBO OGWUGWU NZA LAND'. In other words, the land belongs to Nza-Ozubulu and should subsequently be addressed as such; NOT Nnewi. Especially since that aspect has been legally determined.

2. While I commend the zeal and decision of the developer to embrace the think-home philosophy that some of us have preached without cease over the years, it is also important that all parties to the agreement meet the terms and conditions precedent to the agreement reached to eliminate all manner of suspicion or loophole which could be cashed upon.

May more Igbos whom the Lord, in his wisdom, has blessed tremenduously take a cue from the Nnewi born investment tycoon whom I believe will do better in business than politics.

I once penned that he has the capacity to become the 'Dangote' of Igboland if only he rejects the temptation to be distracted by individuals whose only motive was and still remain to propell him into politics for what they can make out of the venture. The problem with Nigerians is they are so occupied with the likes of Dangote, Adenugu, e.t.c, forgetting multi billionaire industralists like Ibeto, Enerst Ozubulu....Next Oil, Ifeanyi Uba, Chief Polycarp Emenike...Neros Pharmaceuticals, Tony Ezenna...Orange Drugs, Emma Bishop Okwokwo, Chica Okafor, e.t.c. these are extremely wealthy men when you see their industries...you will be shocked.
